The HTTP service on LNHQ3 is stopped each night at 8:30 PM and restarted at 7:30 AM the following morning.
This affects WebUI access onlyβLotus Notes remains fully functional during this window.

Key Update:
Personal phone numbers will not be given directly to agents. Only managers/leads or Advocates will have the direct contact information for the on-call staff. Agents will escalate to their manager if the hotline is unanswered.
