Scheduled Maintenance Notification

Please be advised of our current maintenance windows:

Day Maintenance Window
Monday – Friday | 8:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Saturday | 6:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Sunday)
Sunday | 7:45 PM – 7:30 AM (Monday)

During these times, servers will remain accessible, but performance may be slower than usual.


ℹ️ Important Notice:

The HTTP service on LNHQ3 is stopped each night at 8:30 PM and restarted at 7:30 AM the following morning.
This affects WebUI access onlyβ€”Lotus Notes remains fully functional during this window.

IT Hotline Weekend Schedule

Key Update:
Personal phone numbers will not be given directly to agents. Only managers/leads or Advocates will have the direct contact information for the on-call staff. Agents will escalate to their manager if the hotline is unanswered.

Escalation Process:

  1. Agent calls the IT Hotline.
  2. If no answer, the agent contacts their manager.
  3. Manager/Lead contacts the assigned on-call staff directly and follows up with a text.
  4. If no response from the on-call within 15 minutes, escalate to Jamesia, then to Jerry if still unresolved.

  • Weekend of 11/7: Edward
  • Weekend of 11/14: Jamesia
  • Weekend of 11/21: Kevin
  • Weekend of 11/28: Edward
